For a teenage girl it is very important to eat calcium-rich foods. Some foods that are very rich in calcium are Eggs, Milk Chocolate, Broccoli and many more. Other foods that are "calcium fortified" which means that the calcium is added to it are also very good for you. These foods include Orange Juice, cereal bars, and frozen waffles. Also for all teens, including girls, it's good to make at least half of your grains eaten whole grains for added fiber and low fats and sugars, and to vary your veggies eaten to supply different nutrients.
